We have the carpet, need underlay and it to be laid

Looking for someone with experience in caulking to finish the skirting boards throughout the ground floor and a room upstairs of our home. I was originally planning to do it myself, but I’ve been procrastinating, so I’d rather have a professional get it done properly. The job involves caulking the gaps between the skirting boards and the walls/floor to leave a neat, clean finish. Please see the attached photos for an idea of the work. We have a limited budget, but we’re happy to supply all required caulk and materials, so we’re mainly looking for labour.

Safety switch tripped this morning, have unplugged all outlets and still continues to trip.

Need 2 dripping bathroom taps fixed

Need a few walls touched up at a house in Mitcham. Painter to bring his own supplies.

Steps to front porch need to be installed. Concreted with 2 steps, preferably with a tiled top base. Tiles supplied. Step appriximately 1200 wide & height of 340 from patio to bottom step.

Shower head is leaking. But the water taps in the shower are properly turned off.

I need 3 cubic metres of topsoil collected and delivered i can help load and unload

Believe washing on shower taps need replacing as there is no water coming out of shower head. Vanity taps and kitchen taps have good flow.

Need to stain front deck and side landing with steps. Also need to tighten metal wires on railings. Pictures attached.

We've purchased a mantel for our fireplace, but there will be a 13cm gap at the top. Need it installed and either the mantel adjusted and/or some wood added inside the mantel to make it look nicer (similar as the example fireplace/mantel in the photo).
