Brick matching is important because of position. I have 3 spots where I'd like brick repair to my brick veneer unit. There is a spot on front wall where air conditioner is that I will remove once it's organised. The other two are where a gas heater was removed. I want it to look nice. Dimension of air conditioner spot:660 X 440mm. Dimension of gas heater spot X 2: 500 X 400mm. There's also a mortar repair spot, I'm not sure what happened there. Let me know if you can do it! Leaking tap in laundry that is connected to washing machine. Water is coming out from the tap area. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the connection of the hose. It seems to be an issue with the tap itself.

Our Philips Easy Key 7300 was installed incorrectly (not by us) and we need to have it switched around. The handles work in reverse so we just need the cable sorted as per Philips support: "This sounds like an installation issue where the lock components were installed backwards. Based on your Philips EasyKey 7300 manual, the normal operation should be: Outside: Requires PIN/fingerprint/card verification first, then press handle down to unlock Inside: Press handle down directly to unlock (when safe handle switch is on green) Your lock is doing the opposite, which indicates the handle direction wasn't properly adjusted during installation. The manual specifically mentions changing handle direction as a pre-installation step: Unscrew and remove the direction adjustment stand Rotate the handle 180 degrees Adjust the cable, put the stand back, and tighten screws"

One of the pavers (with white stripe) has become lose and need to be "cemented" again. Preferably, the cement used should be of very dark grey color to look similar to other pavers.

I'm looking to replace the current exposed hot and cold laundry taps with a recessed laundry outlet box (something like this: https://www.plumbersupplies.com.au/products/laundry-outlet-box). Scope of work includes: - Remove existing wall-mounted hot and cold washing machine taps - Cut into plasterboard to install and mount the new recessed outlet box - Extend/adapt copper pipes as needed to connect to the new box fittings - Secure the outlet box in place between studs or with suitable mounting - Seal the unit and leave wall ready for patching (or patch if possible).
