I have 2 gas stove burners needing attention: • 1 burner ignites but produces no flame • 1 burner does not work at all I require a diagnosis and written quote/report before proceeding with repairs. I'm not based in Melbourne, so you will need to liaise directly with my property manager to arrange a suitable time with the tenants. They are usually very flexible and easy to coordinate with. Must be a licensed gas fitter and able to provide a professional quote/report after inspection.

Need to resolve this issue.

Clean appliances Air conditioners Bosch washer/ Dryer Dishwasher Owners have mobility issues

gas oven and cooktop have both stopped getting gas. Ignition clicks normally but there’s no gas smell and no gas flow from any burner. Hot water system works fine, so it looks isolated to the appliance. The gas regulator behind the oven may have failed and may need replacing. I also cannot find a valve for the gas to the appliance anywhere. Prefer someone who can attend Monday.

I would like someone who can install and set up my home security camera system. My apartment is location on the 2nd floor. This will require a step ladder to get into the manhole and hopefully that's all.

Need to install a dishwasher

I recently installed a washing machine, but the hose isn’t fitting properly onto the tap. We’ve tried using a connector and Teflon tape, but there’s still a slight leak at the connection point. It’s a small job, but I’d really appreciate it if someone with a bit more experience could take a quick look and help fix it properly.
