Existing house - Need a gas point for an oven relocated to the other side of the kitchen (Approx 4m) and connect oven in new location. Pipework needs to run under house. House is on stumps and the floor is timber floorboards. The cavity under the house is 400-500mm and the access hatch to get under the house is at the kitchen (All works are within 3m of the entry hatch) Will require compliance certificate once complete. Can provide more details in due course.

I need an experienced cabinet maker/handyman to modify existing kitchen cabinetry to accommodate a standard dishwasher. The job includes: - Altering/removing part of the existing base cabinet to create a suitable opening for a dishwasher. - Adjusting or relocating cabinet panels/doors as required for a neat, finished appearance. - Installing a new electrical power point for the dishwasher (must be completed by a suitably licensed electrician if required). - Ensuring the dishwasher cavity meets standard size and ventilation requirements. - Making good any visible cabinet edges and matching the existing finish as closely as possible. The attached photos show the current kitchen layout. The preferred dishwasher location is under the benchtop near the sink to allow easy connection to water supply and drainage. Please provide: - Your experience with similar cabinet modifications. - Whether electrical work can be arranged. - An estimated cost and timeframe. I’m looking for someone,need to replace the built-in oven with a new one, and we’re also planning to change the gas cooktop to an induction cooktop.The induction cooktop we’ve purchased may require some adjustment to the benchtop, as the existing cut-out in the benchtop will need to be enlarged to fit the induction cooktop we’ve purchased.also,2 electricity switches in rooms need to be changed.
