Hi, My washing machine plug has broken, and one of the metal pins is stuck inside the wall power outlet (please see the attached photos). I need a licensed electrician to: • Safely remove the broken metal pin from the outlet. • Check whether the outlet is still safe to use. • Advise whether the outlet needs replacing.
