Find a reliable appliance technician in Albion VIC

I'm looking for a plumber that is able to replace a dishwasher drain hose. The dishwasher is in the kitchen island, and the sink is against the wall, so the drainage hose needs to be run under floating floorboards. The existing drain hose is still place, so I'm hoping it's possible to tape the old hose to the new one and pull it through.

2 things. 1 - Dishwasher not latching, 99% sure it just needs a replacement latch. 2 - When dishwasher was installed plumber said waste hose was kinked so I ordered a new part - the plumber move out of town so never got the job finished. Would like this inspected and if needed replaced with part provided (assuming I ordered the correct part).

The machine leaks internally and the drum fills up, and an error code also comes up, i think to do with the sensor to recgonise the load size.
