I’m quite disappointed with the service I received. The issue with the garage door was not explained clearly, and there was a lack of transparency throughout. The technician arrived and quickly suggested a full replacement without properly walking me through the actual problem. He ultimately did nothing and still charged $110. The service was neither professional nor polite, and I would not recommend it to others based on my experience
