Hi there, I need a licensed plumber and gas fitter to manage the plumbing and gas works for a kitchen and laundry renovation. We are moving to a fully integrated laundry and a modernized kitchen. Timeline: The project runs between September 23rd and September 30th. This requires two separate visits. Scope of Work: Visit 1: Rough-in (Around Sept 23rd-25th) Safely cap off the existing water pipes and gas connections. We are doing an integrated laundry. You will need to remove the existing wall-mounted washing machine points and redirect the plumbing so the washing machine connects directly from within the new laundry sink cabinet. Visit 2: Fit-off (Around Sept 28th-30th, after cabinets are in) Laundry: Install the new laundry unit, sink, and mixer tap. Kitchen: Reconnect the kitchen sink and gas cooktop. Install the new kitchen mixer tap. Rangehood: Install the new u under mount rangehood in the kitchen. Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber and gas fitter. Must provide a Compliance Certificate for the gas work. Must be able to coordinate with our cabinet install timeline. Please let me know your availability to get started!

Dryer has something stuck under the drum and we tried to unscrew the dryer then dropped and lost a screw inside the drum. Need someone to come take apart and find missing door screws and also what is stuck under drum. Then put back together. No motor issues just something stuck in drum. It is a fisher and paykel dryer

Washing Machine Removal – Experienced Cavity Door Installer Required I need an experienced person to remove my washing machine from the laundry and wheel it out to the front yard. Availability: * Today (24 Aug): before 3pm * Tomorrow (25 Aug): 9am–11am * Wednesday (26 Aug): 9am–10am * Friday (28 Aug): 9am–10am The washing machine will not fit through the cavity sliding door, so the cavity door will need to be carefully removed and then properly reinstalled afterwards. This is essential — please only offer if you have experience removing and reinstalling cavity/pocket sliding doors. We had significant difficulty reinstalling this door previously and had to get a professional to fix it, so I don’t want it damaged again. The hinged laundry door/hinges may also need to be temporarily removed if required to get the washing machine through, and then reinstalled. The washing machine can easily be wheeled through the double front doors and left in the front yard. Photos attached showing the washing machine, cavity sliding door and hinged laundry door.
