What I've done: I have already checked and cleaned the external sink pipes, but the water is still stuck inside the unit. We have a Bosch 'Classic' dishwasher. It's about 16 years old but in good condition overall. The main start button is not working very well. We can start a cycle but need to find a sweet spot to connect the circuit. Getting harder to find and start. Door is latching nicely and the washing cycle is fine. We appreciate that any service offering will likely include call-out and investigation to truly determine the right course of action. Model number is SMU50E15AU/01. We're trying 'power off/power on' cycle as recommended by online information.

Need to disconnect and block off gas stove. Also check for leaks while in there so it’s not left dodgy, but also shut off mains as gas is no longer needed. I’m getting the stove removed the following day hence the deadline. Can be any time on Tuesday from 9 until late. Other info: single story home, about 80 years old.
