Our washing machine has stopped turning on. We have drained it and cleaned the filter. We need a plumber or handyman to assess if there’s any way to save it or pronounce it as dead please.

After removing the drier, need to wait 20 or 30 minutes while shelves are installed. Then move the front loading washing machine a couple of centimetres, and put the drier back on top of the washing machine.

Err 37 came up on machine. Emptied the machine and removed the pump filter. Nothing was stuck or came out. Unplugged and turned off machine, tried to run another rinse cycle and got stuck when trying to drain out water, same Error message came up. Repeated draining and emptying pump filter. Did a spin cycle and could smell burning rubber. Think something wrong with drain pump.

Detergent drawer is stuck and won’t pull out. Need help getting it moving again. Can’t see any damage to the drawer after unscrewing front panel. Just appears jammed.
