Description is below - Need someone to come and review our seal / possibly replace. Hi all - Last night we had our washing machine going through a typical load (cold water, delicate setting, lowest spin) and one minute before the cycle was to end / just as the spinning to dry was about to complete, we heard a rattling sound coming from the machine. We went to the laundry and found smoke coming from inside the machine, appearing to come from the tub itself (not the circuitry or board etc). Just hoping to have someone come down to take a look either today or tomorrow to review / repair (if necessary) onsite. I have a 9kg Haier front loader washing machine (purchased July 2020) that is not spinning. The machine keeps stopping mid cycle and with "check filter". when I have put it on a spin cycle I can hear the motor running but not engaging the drum is not spinning. Filter and surrounding pipes have been cleaned and checked and I can not see any issues.
