Not washing clothes properly

I need a plumber to correctly connect a washing machine to the water. The machine is almost in place and just needs to be connected.

The washing machine is turning on and runs a few times but comes with the Error 4E. I need help getting this fixed. It is a Samsung bubble wash 7KG.

Need someone to clean my washing machine filter because I don’t have enough strength to open the filter. The door is locked with the clothes inside. Washing machine brand is Altus and is the model AFL710W.

I just moved in to a new apartment and just need someone to quickly come by and install my washing machine. Everything is there, just need someone to put the pipe into the water and put the wastage pipe in the correct place. One of my movers did put the machine in the laundry and hooked it up to the water, but i am pretty sure he has connected it to the hot water instead of cold. So all that needs to be done is connect it to the cold water and put the wastage pipe in the correct location.
