Looking for an experienced washing machine/appliance repairer to fix my Haier HWF75AW2 front-load washing machine. The machine displayed “CLr FLtr” and failed to drain properly. I manually drained approximately 10–12 bowls of grey wash water through the emergency drain hose. I had previously removed the pump filter cap, but after replacing it I appear to have overtightened it and can no longer unscrew it, even using rubber gloves for grip. I need someone to: – Safely remove the stuck pump filter cap – Clean/check the pump filter and investigate why the machine isn’t draining – Check the drain pump for any blockage/fault – Reassemble and test the machine to make sure it drains and operates correctly. Machine is easily accessible. Haier HWF75AW2 – 7.5kg front loader. Please only accept if you have experience repairing front-load washing machines/drain pumps. Parking available. Very quick job to tighten the water connection from the tap to the washing machine. It's all set up but the screw needs to be tighter – currently leaks water when turned on.
