Our washing machine has two problems 1) Every 15 minutes the cycle keeps pausing and shows up with an “E-10” error notification usually where the time is displayed. When we press pause/play the cycle continues until it pauses again, sometimes without using the washing soap detergent. We had it repaired one month ago and it was working fine but now it’s back to the same problem. 2) Sometimes the washing machine foams with soap detergent overflowing underneath it (see image).

Washing machine turns on and washes clothes normally but does not drain water. Likely issue with the drain pump or drainage pipe. Need inspection and repair.

I have a Chiq front loader washing machine that needs the drain hose connected to the spigot under the sink. I’ve purchased a new drain hose as the standard one attached isn’t long enough, but I’m not confident replacing the hose myself. I also have a hose clamp.
