My Bosch Series 6 washing machine has been showing an E18 error for about a week. I’ve drained the remaining water using the emergency drain hose, but the blue pump filter cap won’t unscrew. It turns slightly anti-clockwise but then hits a hard stop and won’t come out. I’m looking for someone to clear the blockage/remove the stuck pump filter without damaging the housing. If parts are required, please let me know before proceeding.
