Need help putting transit bolts in my washing machine for transit. LG

Samsung WW75J54E0IW/SA front loader. Water is leaking once water enters drum, including front door but also from underneath. Drain works normally. Pump filter clean. Door seal inspected and appears intact but unsure if there are issues.

Just moving into our new place and need our washing machine and dryer installed. They’re already in place but the inlet hose for the washing machine is not long enough. I purchased a longer one from Bunnings but , after attaching it leaked everywhere so thought I’d call in a professional to get it sorted. I’m sure a quick job for someone with the know how. My appliances are all functioning, but I sense they lack pep and need some technical TLC. The filter for the washing machine needs to be unscrewed and cleaned, the dryer needs a check over and the dishwasher isn’t cleaning the bottom drawer like it used to, though everything seems in order. As per picture there is an error message with the waahing machine. Nothing happens. With the dishwasher the latch for the dishwashing tablet is broken. You cant lock it.
