My front-loader washing machine sounds and feels like something is stuck inside the drum (possibly a sock or fabric between the inner and outer drum). The drum doesn’t spin smoothly by hand and I noticed a slight burning smell during the last wash. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to inspect, remove any obstruction if possible.

My washing machine needs a new seal as it’s become mouldy and also broken off, causing water to escape. Also today it’s started making a hammering sound when the water is turned on.

My washing machine won’t drain in any cycle. It stays stuck on the last minute for 30 minutes or more before it turns off. I have emptied the filter twice, no blockage inside. It’s a Beko washing machine, the model is BFLB902ADW.

The washing machine was stopping mid-cycle. I drained the pump filter and still received an error. Believe the error to be caused by the door closing mechanism not being tight enough. Tried to open this to check, but interior panel fell down inside machine. Machine is: Electrolux, Time manager, 7kg Eco Wash System.

I’ve bought a new washing machine and need help connecting it up to the plumbing, and installing into dedicated space in my kitchen. There are holes in the cabinetry for the hose.

Need dishwasher and washing machine connected. Washing machine requires new connection kit which you should supply and the waste extension on the pipe needs to be punctured. The dishwasher is connected but not getting water so the pump runs but no water gets into the dishwasher
