I have had all my copper pipe stolen. Need new gas line installed. From the gas meter down a blind sideway to existing hot water service and gas ducted heater in ceiling. There are only 2 appliances. Hot water and ducted heater. Approximately 10m from meter to hit water unit. Overflow pipe was also removed and needs installation on hot water. Ducted heating gas line is visible at roof but also need a line approximately 2m for connection. All work is running pipe externally to the house. I also require a certification certificate for rental purposes to show gas appliances are sage and working. Leave messages here... I am in meetings today and won't get to answer phone. I can call you back. Would like the work done this week or next week at latest

My neighbours upstairs and to the left of my flat smoke indoors, and even though we live in an older (1960s-70s) brick building with no shared ventilation/HVAC, for the past month the stink of cigarettes has been making its way into my apartment. It's not coming through the windows, nor the kitchen exhaust. I need someone with good knowledge of ventilation etc to see if they can work out where it's coming from, as it's giving me constant headaches and irritated sinuses. Feral!!

My trusty LG 7kg Direct Drive has ancient feet that are too high, and the rubber has worn off. I am hoping to have them replaced at a lower height so that the machine sits a few mm lower, as it doesn't currently fit under the bench in the kitchen where the washing machine taps are. It's sitting in my living room, so you'll have easy access! Ideally once the feet are replaced it can be installed. Fingers crossed!
