Single car roller door, the motor has stopped working, have already purchased a unit for Bunnings just need to install it. Door probably needs a quick check and clean because it was originally installed in the 90s and squeaks quite loudly when opening and closing

Fixing an old kitchen. Need the exposed gas pipe removed from inside as do not want gas in kitchen. Once removed, the remaining gas pipe must be capped.

Our fridge has been noisy. This started last August. We were advised to unplug it for a day. We did and the noise stopped. It started again yesterday and we unplugged it and it is quiet again but we would like to solve the problem.
