I’m looking for someone who can help me diagnose and repair my Nilfisk SC351 floor scrubber. When I connect the charger, all three lights — green, yellow and red — come on solid. After I disconnect the charger and try to start the machine, it first shows yellow and green, and then the red light comes on. I believe there may be an issue with the battery or charging system, possibly because the battery is not charging properly. I’m looking for someone experienced with commercial floor scrubbers, Nilfisk machines, batteries or chargers who can check the machine and repair it. May be direct charge battery can solve the problem.
