The machine (LG ThinQ) has come with a couple of anti slip sheets that are meant to reduce excessive vibration. I have the Miele DA3490 Rangehood and I think there’s a fault in the switch from the slide that needs it replaced. When in use, the fan and light can sometimes turn off on its own. I’ll have to slide it in and out and play with it for it to work again. If I do nothing, it’s turn on sometimes on its own if the hood is still open. Bosch dishwasher which opens during cycle. This causes the cycle to stop and for water with a bad smell to pool at the bottom of the dishwasher. Closing the door will continue and finish the cycle if the door doesn't pop open again. Could be an issue with the door latch or seal. Model number in images
