I have a 5-burner Smeg gas cooktop (middle burner is oval-shaped) with a continuous sparking problem. The issue started after cleaning about 2 years ago. Since then, when the power is turned on, all burners keep sparking continuously without stopping. To manage this, I’ve been turning off the power at the switch and using a lighter to ignite the burners. Gas is working fine and all burners function normally when lit manually. The issue seems to be related to the ignition system, likely a faulty ignition switch or spark module.

Miele dishwasher won’t start. Water pooling at base of machine. Wont drain. There is a wooden board at the base of the machine that is also loose. If you’re able to solidify it back in place - amazing. Unsure how to fix. Machine turns on, but won’t start.

We need a service call arranged for a refrigerator as it appears to have stopped cooling properly. The fridge has not been cooling for more than 12 hours. The freezer vents have been checked and are clear with no visible blockage, however the fridge compartment is still not maintaining temperature. Bosch dishwasher which opens during cycle. This causes the cycle to stop and for water with a bad smell to pool at the bottom of the dishwasher. Closing the door will continue and finish the cycle if the door doesn't pop open again. Could be an issue with the door latch or seal. Model number in images
