My Brooks Australia smoke alarm keeps beeping every 60 seconds. My roof is 3m tall. It does not stop beeping even when the power is turned off. It has been doing this for the last 48 hours. We believe the battery needs to be changed. We have attempted to remove the cover of the smoke detector, but it is stuck.

Hello, I am looking for a registered electrician to replace the element in my oven. It’s an Omega Europa 20-1 fan-forced oven & I have already purchased the element for that specific oven. The fan is still working, it’s just the element that has blown. The oven has a plug in the next cupboard. I also have one downlight in the roof which makes a buzzing noise that I would like to get fixed - the light works if I change the bulb, but the buzz continues (it starts after being on for a short time, not straight away). The buzz happens even if the bulb is not working. Might just be a loose wire. Preferably early morning or late afternoon/evening if possible. Thanks! (Images in comments, wouldn’t upload)

My dishwasher is clogged and it not draining. The filters are clean so I suspect is the draining pipe might be causing the issue.

- Connect to existing gas meter and extend new 40mm copper service to supply 2 x commercial dryers. - Fit off commercial dryers at completion including flue pipe to external building - Connect to existing cold water point and hot water to supply 2 x proposed washing machines. - Connect to existing sewer point at the property and extend new branch

Front loader washing machine - broken filter plug (see pictures) and filter needs cleaning.

Refit oven and dishwasher in existing cavity. I have recently had new flooring installed, and as a result, I will need to properly fit my existing oven and dish drawer. These are currently installed/working, sitting on the floor however, I would like them properly, separated and installed with appropriate clearances. There is a piece of laminate timber I understand should be used to separate the dishwasher from the floor. May also require material to separate over from floor. - Due date: Flexible
