Tab is leaking and not from the fitting of the washing machine

I just moved to a new apartment I want to check if the washing machine is connected properly and if I have hot water

Remove old gas cooktop and install new one (cooktops are the same size). Potentially install rangehood also.

Dishwasher leaking and needs resetting

The refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. I cleaned recently, and it was still working normally after cleaning. However, the next day, it unexpectedly stopped cooling and is no longer cold. But the freezer still working but the temperature also to high

I purchased a second hand Beko 7kg vented dryer from Marketplace. Seller had a good rating but the dryer isn’t working properly. It’s warm but not properly hot. Clothes dry eventually but takes a while and they aren’t overly hot to touch.

My Blanco dishwasher has just short circuited mid cycle. I think it's the heating element but I dont know. There is currently no power whatsoever going to the machine, it just turned off. No damage to the power cord. I am flying to Europe at 1pm tomorrow and desperately need this fixed before I leave.

Our fridge is causing the circuit breaker to trip after it has been running for around 30 minutes. We’re looking for a licensed appliance repairer or electrician to diagnose the issue. The power point has been tested with other appliances and does not trip, so we believe the fridge itself is the cause. Our fridge- Lieberr Premium Biofresh NoFrost. It is built-in.

I want to remove a wall heater. Just need it capped off before or after.
