There’s a cap on the cold water tap that I can’t unscrew. I need you to remove the cap and attach the hot and cold tubes from the washing machine to the correct taps. Also, the cabinet door leading to the taps doesn’t close completely and I need help fixing that.

We've recently moved into a new property and need help reconnecting our washing machine. The AquaStop inlet hose was originally connected to the hot water tap. We attempted to move it to the cold water tap ourselves, but access is difficult due to a large water pipe obstructing the connection. As a result, the hose is currently disconnected and not connected to either tap. We're looking for someone who can reconnect the AquaStop hose to the cold water tap and check that everything is set up correctly. The washing machine is already in position and I have attached photos for reference. No new parts should be required, I’m hoping for a simple reconnection rather than a full plumbing call out.

I'm looking for a qualified/ experienced plumber to diagnose and repair a water leak under my kitchen sink that comes from the connection between the dishwasher water supply line and a copper pipe/fitting underneath the sink. Initially the leak only occurred when the dishwasher was running, but it has now progressed to leaking whenever the cold-water supply valve is turned on. Details: -Cold-water isolation valve currently needs to remain turned off to prevent leaking. Hot water works fine. - Dishwasher currently unusable. Looking for someone to inspect, identify the cause, and repair properly. Repair may involve tightening/replacing a compression fitting, olive, valve, hose, or other plumbing component as required. Please bring any common replacement fittings that may be needed. I've attached photos of the current setup to assist with assessing the job. Electrolux fridge (ELUX529L Bottom Mount Refrigerator) currently leaking - can hear water trickling pretty constantly and water is pooling under fridge. Otherwise, fridge seems to be still working for now as it is still cool inside (displaying 2 degrees). Need someone to assess the situation ASAP and ideally fix if possible. Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.

I need someone to drill a neat access hole in the side panel of my laundry cabinet so the washing machine inlet hose can pass through to the water tap located in the adjacent metal cupboard.
