What do appliance services include?

To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Hi, I'm looking for an Airtasker to help diagnose and fix an issue with our fridge/freezer. It is a Liebherr SICN 3056 (French door integrated fridge/freezer) The problem is that the freezer isn't cooling adequately. With the thermostat set to -24°C, I'm measuring roughly -1°C on the top shelf of both sides and around -6°C on the lower shelf. The fridge section appears to be working normally. The issue may have been caused (or at least made worse) by my attempt to defrost some ice build-up on the top shelf of the freezer using a hairdryer. I've since learned that's not the recommended approach, so it's possible something has been damaged in the process.
