I am getting a quote for my parents who are in Aged Care in Gwelup. Mum has an electric lift chair that apparently has a damaged wire into/out of the controller. My sister taped it up and it worked for a while but has now stopped. It shouldn’t be too tricky but Dad has no tools or electrical knowledge.

I recently purchased a DIY CCTV system. I require the 4 x security cameras to sit under the eaves of the roof. I have a bad back, so unable to get into the roof to thread wires through, and into the smaller part of the roof. For someone that is in roofs often and knows where the timber’s are, it’s a max 2 hour job. Flexible on day for it to be done.

I have a Neff 5 burner gas stove, the center plate is having issues, it will flame up when you hold down the gas button with a match near it but wont stay on. I have also noticed that the screws holding that section down have been threaded. I do think it is something to do with the clicker/button not recognizing that the flame is on.

My Westinghouse oven isn't working and I'm not sure why. I cannot see a model number anywhere and it's around 8 years old.
