Redesigning bathroom vanity to fit a washing machine unit with storage drawers. Would need: installation of washing machine pipes, drainage, and powerpoint outlet. Dimensions of the gap are 1m length, 60cm depth. We currently have washing machine pipes in the middle of our bathroom which are awkward. Photos are of current layout and what we are looking for.

The heater doesn’t always turn on. You tend to need to switch it off at the plug and reset it. It then runs for a while and turns off again and won’t restart unless you switch the power off and on again

My washing machine is stuck and cannot take out. It’s so tight space and movers tried to take out but couldn’t. Might need to chip the board to take out. I would like you to fix the board when we break as much as we could. As per the pic, the white timber may need to be chipped? Open to ideas. I’ll attach the pictures.

The door seal on our washing machine came loose during a recent load and got caught in the laundry. Although we managed to reposition it enough to close the door and run the machine, it’s no longer properly sealed and now leaks water during each cycle. We’re looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to either reattach or replace the door seal and ensure the machine is watertight and functioning correctly again.

Remove one 600mm kitchen cabinet to create a dishwasher spot. Cabinet is well sized, only removal and clean up is necessary to create dishwasher spot.

Replacing the filter of the rangehood and the melted plastic cover of the rangehood, kitchen exhaust fan. Would be better for if it’s the same exact model or something similar.

Swap out washing machine. I have the new washing machine. Only issue I think will be the drain hose. From memory a plumber installed the current washing machine due to the drain hose.

While moving house, I tried putting the washing machine into its designated spot next to the washing sink. However it is now stuck and not coming out

The washing machine will fill with water but won’t tick over to washing. It still spins on a spin only cycle…

The fridge has all the parts available, need to change door opening to the other side

The dishwasher doesn’t drain properly and stops before the end of the cycle. We have checked the filter and draining tube for blockages, and there are none. Maybe a pump problem?
