Washing machine leaking slowly, haier top loader - Due date: Flexible

The igniters in the four burners no longer work and I have to light manually with a lighter. Initially one stopped working and then one by one the others stopped as well. Also the gas flow in the big burner is a bit erratic when first turned on and then settles normally after a few minutes. Also the exhaust fan although working, seems to have lost a lot of it's force and doesn't extract that well. I would like someone to repair above issues.
