Thermocouple replacement for flat grill

Bosch washing machine is not draining. We cannot open the filter as it jammed and will only turn 90 degrees. I think the filter is blocked with collar stiffners from shirts. Last time it required the back or front to be removed in order to access the filter another way.

I have Samsung Bubblewash front loader and the emergency drainage hose has disappeared into the machine. I require someone strong with knowledge of how to fix this problem. Please supply your own tools.
