change bedroom door handle in rental (sunday evening preferably)

Issue with the automatic lock not retracting causing the door nitro open.

Minor front door realignment needed. See pictures. Top left edge of door is rubbing against latch jamb. Note that this is a pivot hinge.

One side of the door frame/architrave has come off. I still have all the pieces, they just need to be refitted properly. Photos attached. Would like to change the sliding doors to doors that pull out on a hinge

I had new floors put in and because the previous floors were thicker they cut down around the door frames so now there is a gap There is a total of 6 doors

Garage door not opening. Needs servicing. Got a can on closing. Seems to have knocked the chain off. Chain not moving when pressing up or down. Motor operating.

Flyscreen mesh needs replacing. Flyscreen and sliding door do not slide smoothly. Needs cleaning/servicing to make smooth.

We are looking for a handyman to help us with a some end of lease jobs Repair one fly screen door (as per photo) and replace mesh in two doors. (Happy for doggy door to removed and replaced by plain mesh) Remove old kitchen blind and replace with new one. This will need to be cut to fit as blind is 180cm W and space is 177cm. Attach a fan remote to wall. This can be done anytime before Saturday morning but preferably Thursday or Friday morning. Thanks!
