Hi, I have a 3-panel folding (bifold) shower door in the bathroom. The first panel has a screw missing (likely from the top hinge or track area), causing the door to feel loose/unstable. Please see attached photos:close-up of the the damaged area on the first panel(top corner near the track) Need someone to properly secure/replace the missing screw or any necessary hardware; check and adjust the other hinges/rollers if needed so the door folds and closes smoothly again Wardrobe door handle is broken. Job: caulking and sealing around x1 garage window and in surrounding brick above to address a water leak. Require flexibility for an additional leak inspection in garage ceiling where staining is occurring, and another small sealing job on the outside corner of the shower.
