I need an experienced handyman or countertop installer to create a hole in my kitchen benchtop/countertop next to the sink for a built-in dish soap dispenser. The soap dispenser has already been purchased. The task involves: • Assessing the countertop material and confirming the best/safest drilling method • Measuring and marking the correct location beside the sink • Drilling a clean, correctly sized hole without damaging the countertop, sink, plumbing, or cabinetry • Installing and securing the soap dispenser, if possible Please bring the appropriate drill bits and tools for the countertop material. Experience drilling kitchen benchtops—especially stone, engineered stone, quartz, tile, laminate, or timber—is preferred. Please let me know your experience with similar jobs and whether you can install the dispenser after drilling.

The blackout curtain rod came loose because one of the drilled mounting holes failed, possibly because of the curtain’s weight. I need the damaged hole patched, then the curtain rod brackets securely reinstalled in a stronger location slightly away from the previous holes. The brackets need to be properly anchored so they can safely support the blackout curtains.

Need help with install for a chandelier!

Looking for someone experienced in replacing ceiling light fixtures/chandeliers. I need my existing sitting room light removed and a new chandelier installed in its place. The new fixture will be assembled beforehand. Existing electrical box is already in place. Please bring the necessary tools, a ladder will be provided. Looking for someone who has experience installing light fixtures safely and can ensure it is centered and level. Pictures show what is currently there and what I would like to replace it with.

I need a curtain rod hung on a medium sized window. I have the curtain rod. I need to make sure it is secure and will not fall down. I need 2 TVs hung. One is a 55 inch and one is a 43 inch. I need make sure a stud finder is used as there is sprinklers in the apartment and need make sure a pipe is not accidentally hit. I already have that tv mounts.
