Required Experience & Skills in one or more of the foolwing: Drywall & Paint: Patching holes, minor texturing, and touch-up painting. Basic Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. Basic Electrical: Swapping out light fixtures, switches, outlets, and ceiling fans. Carpentry: Repairing doors, adjusting locks, installing trim, and assembling furniture. Hardwood Flooring: Experience installing, repairing, or replacing hardwood floor planks. Roofing Repair: Patching minor roof leaks, replacing shingles, and sealing flashing. Foundation Reinforcement: Basic knowledge of masonry, crack repair, or stabilizing foundation walls. Requirements: Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Must bring your own standard hand and power tools. Proven experience working independently on structural and cosmetic home repairs. Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Licensed/Insured plumber needed for: 1) Electric water heater bottom element has failed - want to replace with a fold-back element. 2) Want to install electric anode device (Corro Protec) to water heater. 3) Want to replace a bathroom faucet with one we bought (Delta). 4) Also replace the drain valve on the water heater, as part of it was chipped off by the prior owner making it hard to turn while draining.

I need someone to come out and maintenance my boyfriend’s motorcycle for him (I believe it’s a 2019 KTM). We have no way of getting it to a shop. He just changed the battery but we believe it’s an electrical issue. I’m flexible on the time of day and the price depending on what the issue is.

The chair that isn't working only moves a half an inch forward and backwards. I think there might be a short in the power cord, because this happened once before and we moved the cord and it worked, we tried again and no luck. I'm seeking a qualified/experienced motorcycle mechanic to change the Throttle Position Sensor on my 2007 Yamaha FJR1300. The VIN of the bike is: JYARP16E87A000842 The Yamaha OEM part number is: 3P6-85885-00 This part number supersedes the old TPS sensor which fixed the known problems. The TPS on select Yamaha bikes is known to cause some idle roughness and hesitancy off the low-end in first gear. This bike year (2007) was not in the recall list but the defective part still affected years after 2006. If you're reading this you're likely to know all about the TPS issues on certain Yamaha vehicles. The bike is garage kept and in outstanding, ridable condition. I just want to replace this before the riding season is in full swing. I'm paying $75 per hour onsite (Grandview Heights) for this job and expect a qualified person to take two-three hours to complete the task.
