Internal cellar door handle has loosened and been removed. Need professional handyman to repair/replace so as to avoid further door damage.

The job includes the following (I can send photos for each task): We had many paintings, frames and other decors attached to the walls. The walls will need to be filled and repainted. Assuming in worst case the entire wall needs repainting, there is a total of 4 walls. We will also need help removing a wall-mounted TV and 2x small wall-fixed cupboard, and then fixing the walls behind it. We also need help fixing the door of an outdoor standing cupboard. We potentially also need help re-grouting some window sills (2x small windows) as they had some mould grow on it.

Cupboard door has come away from the top hinge - the wood in the cupboard door is weak and has crumbled away so will need filling or reinforcing before the door can be reattached.

Window needs to be taken off its hinges. Planed. And the handle reattached. Then the window needs to be put back in place. When we opened our window a few weeks ago, we now cannot close it because it has been painted/expanded. The windows are old wooden single glazed. We live in a second floor flat. Task needs a saw and a cordless drill because no electricity socket. No ladder required. My shelf needs to be saw down from 130 to 120. It then needs putting up on wall of shed. The walls are brick. I have the shelf and brackets.
