I'm posting a small job here. One of the windows is not closing properly. I'm fairly sure that a small part of the opening mechanism—possibly a screw—has come loose and fallen off. As a result, the window now hangs slightly downward when opened and cannot be closed properly. I've attached a picture of the opposite window, which is a mirror image of the damaged one. The missing part has come off the upper section of the closing mechanism. It is possible that the upper hinge needs to be replaced.

I bought a sliding bathroom door, but the metal bar that supports the sliding system is too wide. It needs to be cut and adjusted, and the door fitted afterward. The system is from COBURN sliding system and we have all the parts and specs necessary for assembly. The proper tools to cut the metal bar, need to be provided (we do not have the necessary tools).

Practical recommendations about the electrical installation drawn from Metin's considerable experience. My task was carpentry, plumbing and electrical. It was great to have a single tradesperson to do all 3 and thereby minimise disruption for the tenants. Metin will be the first I consider for all my future jobs.
