I have two sets of two (so four) Victorian back doors (French door style). I have bought some new hinges to replace the 1970's hinges. There are 12 hinges in total as each door has three hinges. I need someone to come and fit the new hinges in a way that makes the doors close as close as possible to keep the heat in but so that they are flush to the frame. Any questions, please do ask.

I’m looking for someone very experienced with installing door closures. The holes have been pre drilled in door and frame (new door and done by company), however the mechanism doesn’t work when I connect (door does not open). It’s possible the pre drilled holes are in wrong place (company mistake if so and seems odd) or hydraulic mechanism is upside down (I installed this so maybe my mistake?). I have put pictures below. Because it’s a fire door I cannot drill new holes but I wonder if someone can help based on this info please?
