The washer/dryer has stopped working (HotPoint model). It will switch on and start the load, filling with water and slowly turning, but then will stop, and won't spin and drain. With a bit of fiddling around you can get it to spin (kind of), and you can pump the water out. It would be great if someone could come and diagnose the problem, fixing it if possible/ making recommendations if it's more cost effective to purchase a new washer/dryer.
