Hoover H-WASH 300 washing machine showing E03/E20 drainage error. Water was manually drained from the pump/filter area, but I did not fully remove the filter because it was difficult to refit previously. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to inspect the drain filter, pump and drain hose, and advise/repair if a part is needed.

I bought a new washing machine last month from JoyBuy last month. Their engineers clearly did a bad job installing it because when I run the water (have a shower / use the sink etc) there is a leak from the stand pipe (I presume!) under the sink. I'm after someone to come and fix it.
