Small bathroom, approx 2mx1.5m, one full wall, a window sill and the ceiling and some smaller bits, need prepping and painting with mold/mildew resistant paint.

There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. So overall jobs include: - Scrape & sand (removing flaking paint) - Clean (washing and drying) - Fill cracks (with filler, then sand smooth) - Prime (apply stain blocker) - Paint (first coat and blending edges) - Finish (second coat, feathered out)

Hi there - my sink leaked downstair into the neighbours flat. As you can see its gone through to the ceiling so it needs to be painted over and corrected. I have had the humidifier on now for 4+ days so it should all be dried out!

We would like to put up a ceiling airer in our new flat, but the ceiling is quite high and we don’t have the equipment or skills. Looking for a professional to come and help us out. It will involve going into our attic to make sure it is suspended from a joist. Super tall ladder required. Ceiling height is about 2.5/3 metres in some places.

The issue is in the corner where two walls meet the ceiling – the plaster has cracked and lifted slightly in a few places (see photos attached). The area affected is roughly 1–2 sqm and has been assessed by a decorator as not structural, but needing patching and re-skimming to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. The job involves: Filling: The wall has an area with old wallpaper/lining paper remnants, as well as a rough surface behind where the radiator was. It needs to be filled to make the surface even and smooth. Skimming: Once filled, the area should be skimmed to create a flat and smooth finish, ready for painting. Surface Preparation: Please ensure that all surfaces are prepared properly (i.e. cleaned, primed if necessary) to ensure adhesion and the best finish.

I live in a rented apartment. - Three individual slats of my paper blinds seem to have bent / stained. I need to have straightened out / cleaned or have them replaced (whichever easiest!) - When removing the frame off my wall, it took off the first layer of white paint, leaving two defects about 5cm in size. There has been some water damage to the wall that boxes in the main building down-pipe. The paint is flaking off and there's a touch of black mould forming.
