Hi, I have a long, vertical water stain on my bedroom wall caused by a previous, historic leak from months ago (the leak has been fully resolved and the wall is completely dry now). There is NO mould, but there is some water staining/discolouration and slight paint peeling near the window frame. The job requires: 1: Properly scraping and sanding down all the peeling/flaking paint to ensure a perfectly smooth surface before priming. 2: Applying a stain block primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or similar) to ensure the stain doesn't bleed through. 3: Repainting it with white emulsion paint. Please note that the final paint colour must be an exact match to the original wall colour (no patchy or mismatched whites). 4: The bedroom is fully carpeted, so you must bring proper dust sheets/protection and ensure no paint or debris stains the carpet. There are some blu tack stains on one of the walls of the room. The room is in generally good condition but has some Blu Tack marks on one wall that cannot be cleaned off, so I'd like the room repainted in white for a fresh finish. The room is almost empty, containing only a bed and a desk, so there is plenty of space to work and no concerns about moving furniture. I've attached a picture of the room to show the size and a close up of the Blu Tack marks.

Paint bedroom walls (dimensions 4.25 x 3.27 metres) I will likely need two white base coats on one wall which is a dark green. There are also 3x hooks and 4x rawl plugs which need removing and holes filled with polyfilla. Skirting boards and wooden edging around the door and window also need light sanding and painting. I have all the necessary paints, brushes, rollers, sanding blocks and polyfilla if needed. However do not have a drill for removal of rawl plugs. All paints are quick dry. I also have dust sheets and masking tape. I’m open to starting early ~8am as would like it completed by 5.30pm please.
