The work would involve: - Assessing the damaged area and preparing the surface. - Repairing any chips, cracks, or surface deterioration. - Resurfacing/re-enamelling the central base so it is smooth, durable and watertight. - Matching the existing bath finish as closely as possible. - Leaving the area clean and ready for normal use once fully cured. The wardrobe is recessed into the wall, and I’d like the entire existing wardrobe structure removed, including the doors, hinges, internal rails/fittings, surrounding frame/panelling, and the overhead panel/boxing above it if this forms part of the wardrobe structure. I’m planning to replace it with a new floor-to-ceiling wardrobe in the same location. The existing wardrobe also has an overhead panel/boxing above it. I would ideally like this removed as well if it forms part of the existing fitted wardrobe structure. Could you please confirm whether this is included in the removal quote, and whether the area would be left ready for the new wardrobe to be installed?

Need a hand reattaching a single wall panel on an Insignia MXOS1700 hybrid sauna that's already fully assembled. It's a wooden cabin-style sauna (Harvia stove plus infrared panels, 1700 x 1500mm) - everything else is built and in place, this panel is the only outstanding bit. It's really a two-person job to line the panel up and seat it properly, which is why I can't do it solo. The panels join with cam-lock fittings and there's a simple plug connector to reconnect - no electrical or wiring knowledge needed, the sauna's already wired and I'm not asking anyone to touch that side. If you've put together flat-pack furniture or a sauna before you'll have no trouble, realistically under an hour. I need help with a 3 mounting and 1 shower floor repair tasks . 1) Mounting a TV to the wall. I already have the TV mount and have included photos. 2) Mounting two laundry drying racks to the wall. 3) Securing an IKEA PAX wardrobe to the wall. 4) Repairing and resealing the concrete shower floor. Most of the walls appear to be drywall with studs nearby. I would appreciate advice on what fixings or materials I should have ready, or if you prefer to bring your own. For the shower, the sealant on the concrete floor has started peeling near the drain. I would like the remaining sealant to be sanded back so the surface is smooth, then a fresh coat applied. I already have the sealant and the tools for applying it, but I do not have anything suitable for sanding the old coating off. Please share your quote, estimated time required, and anything else you need from me before the job.
