Damaged wall caused by leaking gutter. I need gutter and wall repaired

Looking for a handyman/carpenter to insulate and internally finish a 15ft x 8ft timber garden shed/summer house. Scope of work: Install insulation to walls and roof (foil/multifoil or equivalent). Tape and seal insulation joints where required. Fit thin plywood (approx. 3–6mm) or similar boarding over the insulation to provide a neat finish suitable for occasional home office use. Floor does NOT require insulation or covering. Shed dimensions: approximately 15ft x 8ft. Please note: This is not a full garden office conversion. No plasterboard, plastering, skimming, decorating, electrics or floor works are required. I am simply looking for the walls and roof to be insulated and neatly covered with thin plywood (or similar sheet material) to provide a clean, practical finish suitable for occasional use as a home office. Install supplied solar control heat reduction window film on the interior side of my conservatory glass roof panels (dining room) to reduce summer heat while keeping natural light. The room is roughly 250 sq ft. Looking for someone experienced with window film application to prep glass, and cut and apply neatly with no bubbles/creases. Note this only for the ceiling glass panels, not the windows. Labour only, I have the film already, however I do not have a ladder so that will be required.

We have gutters that are leaking across the roof of our house. I need someone with a big ladder to go up and clean them out and see if there are any blockages

I have a leak in my conservatory that appeared during heavy rain. It seems to be coming from the junction between the conservatory roof and the gutter/roof edge. This same area leaked around 3 years ago and was repaired by a roofing company. Their work included replacing the conservatory valley, installing a torch-on felt system, underlay, and cleaning/unblocking the gutters. The leak has now returned. The gutters are cleaned regularly, last cleaned around 6–7 months ago, so I do not just want a basic gutter clean. I need someone experienced with conservatory roofs / flat roofing / valleys / flashing / gutter junctions to inspect properly and identify the cause. Scope: Inspect conservatory roof edge, gutter junction, valley and flashing/drip detail Check whether gutter/downpipe flow or gutter fall is contributing Identify source of leak Provide photos of the issue Carry out proper repair if possible, or quote clearly for the required repair Please only respond if you have experience with roof leak repairs, flat roofing, conservatory roof valleys, torch-on felt, EPDM, GRP, lead/flashing or similar waterproofing systems. Lay 100mm insulation between rafters, and 170mm insulation on top to insulate a cold loft. Small amount of loft boarding to be fitted too. Old insulation to be bagged and removed. New wool insulation and loft board will be on site, so fitting required Loft space is approx 40m2, and low headroom

Guttering has fallen down on the front of summerhouse, will need new clips drilling back into the wall and the guttering fixed in.

There is a dead pigeon stuck at the edge of my roof where there is guttering and a pigeon net. I need someone to go up there safely and remove it.

The join between the GRP and render, and the coating on our extension parapet wall has come away. I need a solution to close the gap and make the wall watertight. Please let me know how you would do this and the likley cost.

Repair leaking gutter joint above front bay window. We have a leak coming from a gutter joint at the front of our Victorian terraced house in Earlsfield, SW London. The leak appears to be from one of the gutter connections above the first-floor bay window during heavy rain. Looking for someone experienced with gutter repairs to: * Inspect the guttering and identify the source of the leak * Clear any debris/blockages if required * Repair or replace the leaking gutter union/seal as necessary * Water test the repair to ensure the leak has been resolved Please bring any tools/equipment required for safe access. Plaster fell out when removing a poster. Needs to be filled in with new plaster on Tuesday 16th June when I’m available.

1st floor gutter/hopper is leaking and partly blocked. Need a tall ladder to assess, clear the hopper and potentially patch over crack.

There is an issue with the front guttering which is causing the rain to seep into the bedroom, i need someone to investigate to identify the cause and replace the guttering if needed

An area of the loft needs boarding up so can be used as a wardrobe. The door needs moving back and a new partition wall added. The roof has old insulation that needs replacing. Some wooden floor we have left needs putting down in a v small area to match.

I live in a ground floor flat and my living room is by the front door. The neighbours above make a lot of noise when entering and leaving the house.

We require a builder to remove and dispose of a chimney on the ground floor. There is no chimney on the second floor / third floor. Need someone experienced.

I need someone to come and check chimney and see if it needs replacing.
