Access: Some work is at upper-floor/roof level. Full scaffolding across the entire rear elevation should not be necessary, but a suitable scaffold tower/access scaffold structure will be required to safely reach the affected areas. Contractor should be suitably equipped/experienced for working at this height. Please confirm whether your quote includes labour, materials, access/scaffolding, root/vegetation treatment and waste removal. Happy for the successful contractor to inspect the wall before the exact repair requirements are agreed.

2 tasks for a competent carpenter: 1. Create a narrow hallway console table with 2 legs like the 3rd image below from a solid beech wood table top 200cm length x 20cm wide x 3cm depth and solid beech legs 85cm high. (we have the table leg connectors and brackets to hold in place on the wall). We need the table top to be routed at the ends to softly rounding the 2 front corners (around a 15–20 mm radius) and taper the underside in a gentle 45° chamfer for about 15 mm. Task 2, to cut and fit x 2 60cm wide x 240cm high oak insulation panels to a wall.

Install supplied solar control heat reduction window film on the interior side of my conservatory glass roof panels (dining room) to reduce summer heat while keeping natural light. The room is roughly 250 sq ft. Looking for someone experienced with window film application to prep glass, and cut and apply neatly with no bubbles/creases. Lay 100mm insulation between rafters, and 170mm insulation on top to insulate a cold loft. Small amount of loft boarding to be fitted too. Old insulation to be bagged and removed. New wool insulation and loft board will be on site, so fitting required Loft space is approx 40m2, and low headroom

Guttering has fallen down on the front of summerhouse, will need new clips drilling back into the wall and the guttering fixed in.

There is a dead pigeon stuck at the edge of my roof where there is guttering and a pigeon net. I need someone to go up there safely and remove it.

The join between the GRP and render, and the coating on our extension parapet wall has come away. I need a solution to close the gap and make the wall watertight. Please let me know how you would do this and the likley cost.
