My downpipe has come apart and needs reconnecting. Also requires securing back to the wall. It is a first floor flat

Removal of old ariels from chimney /top of roof and any linked cables. There may also be items blocking a gutter at the back of the house left by a roofing company so checking for these also

I need a picture hung and the old hook removed from the wall. The end of some guttering replaced. My shed doors adjusted so they close properly

Looking for someone to seal off my chimney openings in 2 x fireplaces. Something similar to the picture - both small fireplaces (one in bedroom and one in living room). Open to different finishes/materials but want it to look nice and be sealed properly.

The loft needs new insulation laying down

Leaking joint on external PVC down pipe above 1st floor. I have Gorilla wet tape but ideally you will provide additional sealant. You will need to provide your own ladder, tall enough to access the joint which is above the first floor window (see photo) The pipe is on the front of the house.

Need insulation on two walls in our studio to reduce noise traveling between lessons and also from a gym next door.

We have a gutter above the first floor that is leaking heavily and likely needs a repair as it was cleaned very recently and that had no effect.

The down pipe has become disconnected from the gutter (top centre of the pic) which means it leaks during heavy rain. It's a small job but quite high.

Gutters just need a clearing. Please bring tall ladder as it's the roof is on a first floor maisonette.

Please see the attached images of our current drainpipes - we are looking for someone to use a wire brush or an angle grinder with a wire wheel to remove all loose rust and old paint, apply a rust converter (Hammerite which we will provide), apply a metal primer (re oxide primer which we will provide) and finally paint two coats onto both drainpipes (we will provide the paint) - the drains need some TLC but it is only surface rust which we would like to be tidied up, the pipe is not leaking etc. We have ladders and scaffolding to reach the drainpipes. Gutter seems to be blocked as it overflows. Suspect squirrel activity.
