A gutter clip has come off the gutter on my dormer roof. It just needs re-attaching. Access to it can be from bedroom window. Needs someone with a head for heights.

Replace main door handle and change internal kitchen door

This is a small job but requires the person to bring ladders, sufficent to reach the roof guttering on a 2 storey house. Rain drips from the corner piece shown in the photos. The window cleaner told me that either the seals have gone or it needs pushing in more firmly / or both. I have the replacement seals already (also shown in the photo). I need someone with ladders to come and replace the seals if necessary and ensure the corner piece is securely in place.

A few repairs needed to the flat roof and chimney etc. Looking for quotes after having a look.

Top of gutter down pipe as disconnected from gutters when adding on new pipe to a lower drain. Needs reconnecting

I need the gutters to have a service and they seem to be clogged. Also looking for the roof to be looked at as there is water coming into one of the bedrooms around the chimney breast.

Shed in back garden has water leaking through the roof. The old roofing felt needs to be removed and replaced.

CLEAN GUTTERING ON ROOFTOP

Old owner didn't brick up a window opening and there is exposed insulation that needs bricking up. Can supply bricks for this. There is a soffit missing at front of house above bedroom window. Haven't sourced the soffit yet Some flashing has come loose and maybe some repair brick work needed on first storey roof - probably needs small scaffold as access is challenging. Don't have the materials to fix issues. No damp evidenced under the roof.

Replace a felt roof on a 10 x 14 foot garden room

I need someone to fix a loose joint in a downpipe toward the back of my house. There is a joint in the downpipe and that joint has gone loose causing water to leak and run off when it rains. It would either need replacing or fixing.

It’s a chimney stack in a bedroom. The front and sides need papering. There is a small angled area at the top on the right where it meets the ceiling. The wallpaper is patterned and needs pattern matching. The wall was replastered last week

I want to put my TV on my chimney breast but need a double plug socket installing.
