Replace my bathroom sink to a single mixer tap sink it's 54cm width. Sink and mixer tap and labour.

Leakage around toilet bowl. Pipe from cistern to toilet is probably leaking too. Need to get a mixer tap installed in the sink.

Shower mixer tap needs replacement. I will providee the replacement items but not sure what internal plumbing items will be needed.

I have a completely loose kitchen sink mixer tap which needs tightening from under the unit to secure.

Straightforward replacement of our bathroom basin mixer tap.

We have a single lever basin tap mixer that is loose and moves when you adjust the lever. It needs tightening to prevent this from happening and to keep it fixed in place. Our towel ring is also loose and needs tightening.

No water runs through the hot water mixer tap but the cold water tap works fine

Our monobloc kitchen mixer tap suddenly sprang a leak in the cold water supply. We are looking for the supply of a replacement tap and installation if it.

My toilet is blocked needs unblocking

Repair toilet flush. My toilet won’t flush, the wire is there, but the handle is loose. When I try to pull the wire by hand, it still won’t flush

Toilet flushing button has been giving me problems for the last month or so. Now the button seems broken. Need someone to come and fix or replace it. It happened a few months ago and fixed. So maybe better to make it a handle instead of a button you press if possible

Fix a loose flag stone in the back garden. Secure a new toilet roll holder to the wall. Fix a grab rail next to toilet. (Toilet roll holder and grab rail already purchased)

Need to fix toilet flush unit

The toilet seat become very loose and I don’t see how to fix it. Screws behind the toilet.

Downstairs toilet blocked. Water does not flow out but rises to top of the bowl.

So the toilet flush handle has been broke so we’ve been opening up the lid of the toilet and pulling up this hook connected to something which made it flush. The hook has now disconnected due to being pulled too hard and now we can’t flush the toilet

I don’t think the toilet has to be replaced, as the water flow is very slow. Probably there might be a minor blockage and can be done with a pressure pump or Someone with a good knowledge can free the flow and the pressure.
