We have an abode Swan tap which has a filter connected. It is leaking and we want to stop the leak in the guest bathroom. The tap is also leaking but I have bought a new set to replace altogether. Unfortunately the guest bathroom seems to be connected to the cold water tank upstairs as the water still runs when the stopcock is turned off.

One of our power showers only runs cold. All other taps in the house get hot water normally. We have a system boiler with a hot water cylinder.
