I had the seal around the base of my shower replaced about 6 months ago as it was mouldy and corroded. I noticed last night in the corner on the floor a little water and felt the corner outside of base of shower tray and it seemed to have a leak. When hot water tap turned on in kitchen, bathroom sink or shower/bath, pressure goes after a few seconds/minutes and water trickles out instead of fully flowing. The electric Salamander pump audibly turns off as well. Also, only way to get hot water flowing through shower head/bath tap is to turn bathroom sink hot tap on first, not sure what the issues is? - Due date: Flexible

There are 2 toilets with faulty flush mechanism. One of the flushes becomes too weak, water flowing so slow and does not fill back. Both of the toilet's push mechanisms are broken. Also the water pressure on one of the taps is very low so it needs to be checked. The job is to fix 2 toilet flushes to achieve the normal water flow and make sure the press button is working again and check and fix the tap if there's an issue with the mechanism. Thank you.
