The contractor I worked with fell I’ll and is not able to finish the job. The bahroom was reiled and in the process some cosmetic improvements are neeeded and the shower head needs to be affixed properly. Sealant needs to be applied (white and transprent depending on the area). Sanding, filling and repainting of parts of walls and parts of ceilings. We are currently having our kitchen refurbished but the installers aren't planning on painting the exposed walls (most will be tiled). We would need the light well and small area around the far door painted once the kitchen is finished. It is a bit of an awkward space and you'll need to provide your own equipment. However, we will provide the paint. The kitchen will likely be finished next week so would need to be a bit flexible on start date.
