A. Back section of one bedroom needs redecorating... – See pic 1, and pic 2 of the area in blue line – Wallpaper to be removed from vertical drop behind the bed (wide wall) and at each side of the bed (narrows walls), pics 3, 4, 5 – Damp proof these sections + damp proof upper sloping ceiling section in, pics 3, 4, 5, 6. There isn’t evidence of damp at all, the walls are dry – Paint all areas marked in pic 2 – Skirting boards need re-doing, see pics 7, 8 , 9 – Air vent needs replacing, see pic 10 B. Paint the rest of the room – walls, ceilings.. – see pic 11, to see rest of the room ________________________________________________ • You need to bring your own tools to complete the job • Include materials, paint etc in your offer - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 15 November 2023
