I am re doing my home but starting with the small room. I’m starting with the single bedroom, there is 1 wall which is the window wall that has mould over it, I want the mould removed and cleaned sand & fill all 3 walls that need it, repainted with a fresh coat of paint that I will provide. (fresh coat paint with anti mould additive will be provided) please let me know if there’s anything else I need to provide like perhaps primer? There is 1 wall with wallpaper on so I don’t need anything done to it. The skirting of the entire room needs sanding/filling and also painted. The door of the bedroom also needs sanding and painting. I cannot show clear pictures now as there is a large ikea wardrobe against that wall, I am planning to get rid of it tomorrow (Thursday 18) so I will be able to take pictures of the walls fully.
