Our loft ladder wasn’t latching securely and fell down. One of the fixing plates has come loose from the hatch and the ladder needs to be repaired, reattached or replaced.

Hi there, I have loft ladder has come off; unsure if it can be mended or if it would require to be replaced. Of course, if it can be mended then it would be perfect for us. A low cost and environment friendly (reducing waste) is a preferred option.

Our loft ladder has come loose; I need someone to fix it back against the attic floor. Note that there aren't any obvious fixing points due to the fact that the loft floor was boarded up and raised slightly when insulation was fitted. The reason it has become loose is because it was bodged back into place.

Door to loft has become faulty - screws came out of bracket fixing it in place. Need it fixed to be safe and be able to access loft.
