Find skilled heavy lifters in East London

So basically I bought a tredmill for free on Facebook market however am not capable to go pick it up I’m in need of someone picking it up from his address ( E3 3LB) to my adress E16 1TA 12 gatcombe road

I've got a large steel door that weighs approx 200kg. I need it moving into my garden from the street, approx 20meters.

Cast iron bath needs to be carried down one set of stairs and outside. The bath is already at the top of the stairs and the front door is at the bottom of the stairs - so not far to move. Just down the stairs. Staircase will be fully cleared for the task. I cannot help so will need minimum of two people.
