Garden door (main egress to street) binds in wet weather and sometimes won’t open or close fully. It was planed previously. I suspect the door is dropping on its hinges and rubbing on the frame. If quoting: please inspect hinge alignment and fixings, check for frame swell or twist, pack or replace hinges as needed, and only re‑plane once alignment is corrected.

To fix/reinstall one side of the metal door handle that is loose. To find someone who has good experience in installing and fixing metal door handles. I do not want anyone who has no experience in metal door handle installation.
