I previously hired a builder who incorrectly installed some of the architectural features. I now need the following work completed correctly: •Remove and reinstall the architrave properly. Roughly around 6 doors •re install architrave where needed. 10 doors •Install new internal doors x10, including fitting the hinges and handles. All items are supplied from myself. Please ensure all work is completed to a high standard and aligns with the existing design of the property.

Hi, I’d like to hire someone to do odd jobs. We have lots we need doing as just moved in. £50 per window, happy to negotiate price for a few curtains going up in different rooms at one time. First task is to put curtains up, we did it ourselves in the main bedroom and it’s not gone to plan, I would like just a plastic glider rail In the bedrooms main bedroom is priority and so pencil pleat curtains (will buy all of this) just want it fitted. I would like complete blackout curtains so will need to fully cover windows - not like it is now. Will also want my toddlers bedrooms and then a few rooms downstairs to begin with. Unfortunately my husband dismantle the wall clock in to pieces. He tries swapping the two battery box around but didn’t work. Love the clock. Just need to put back together and new batteries box put on.

My grandfather clock stops working after few hours. It might be due to levelling but I don't seem to be able to fix it.

My Kettler Atmos treadmill has stopped running. The machine and display turns on but the belt doesn’t move. I have tried tightening the belt, lubricating it and inspected the motor but it’s not resolved the issue.

The hinge on the front door needs to be fixed.

Heavy curtains have pulled one of the curtain pole fittings out of the wall, needs putting back and maybe strengthening

1. Shave approx 1cm off 3 internal doors and rehang (we’ve had thicker carpet fitted). 2. Hang some mirrors / pictures 3. Secure to wall a children’s bookshelf (will need to cut slightly to fit over dado rail). 4. Cut to size and fit 2 shelves in bedroom alcove (we have the wood)

8 of the springs on our trampoline have come away. We have found 5 of them, but are missing 3. The black plastic attachment for all 8 springs has either been lost or is broken so we can't repair it ourselves. Can you help?

Finish grouting for now, plenty of tile work, roof tiles fixing, garden work, painting, plastering and kitchen fitting work later
