A chunk of the wall was removed to fix a pipe I’d put a hole in. The section has been put back but it’s not flat or uniform or one colour. It needs making good and flat and smooth ready for us to paint.

I’m looking for a local handyman or someone based nearby who can help with accepting deliveries, installing lighting, and general ad hoc tasks to help get the house set up.

I need a new front door installed. I have a wooden one already (needs to be wooden due to conservation area). It will need a new lock installed (and fitted to the frame). The door is about 3 cm too short and will probably need a pice of wood attached to the bottom to lengthen it. I have been discussing this with a handyman for nearly a week but unfortunately he’s let me down. My current front door won’t open which is why this is so urgent. I have put £5 as the price as I am willing to hear a quote and negotiate if need be.

The TV screen is showing moving white lines - it has not been dropped or damaged. these are vertical lines that move across (left and right).
